ION Blackheart qev settings

Does anyone have a good and tested dwell settings for a ion blackheart board that will not be too low to chop balls when a qev is fitted?

Have not set mine up yet and would like to know a good number to start off from that will screw up the gun.

Settings for Blackheart are idenitcal to settings for the stock board.
