if by 'front one' you mean the front one on the top that has the eye wires attached to it... then, yes, i have a spare one; as mines been replaced by a qev... if you want to buy a brand new one, look on the exploded diagram of parts in your ION's manual and the e-mail a company that sells them (if you dont know of any then i will give you a couple of addresses) and ask for the code number of that item, and they'll tell you which size thread one you want, as there are only two different sizes... 
the front one being the one directly above the reg that bolts into the trigger frame.

I need to re-tap the trigger frame as its lost all the threads.
Only thing is i now gotta find a banjo with a thread of about 6mm that will do the job.

err, you could try sending it to smart parts and seeing whta they say... a lot of people appear to lose the thread on them.
i dont think so, the diagram says it is a 4mm banjo fitting just making it the larger one of the two... and as most sites sell them as larger or smaller so it doesn't make that much difference reallyzxr said:
