Ion and Air system

this has probably been answered before but what they heck

I have two air systems
- an armageddon 4500 adjustable (0-1200psi)
- an angel air LP fixed preset (450psi)

Which system would be more recommended for use on my ion?
I know that you can apparently use any type of air system, was just canvassing for opinions on any pros/cons with the two i have

fwiw i have used both systems on my eclipse eblade with faultless performance

from what i remember anything should work on an ion! even co2

Depending on the recharge rate of the IONS stock reg you may get shoot down at high rof with an angel preset.
