Ion 12bps cap

Before I get flamed I have tried searching and could not find anything specific on this.

So I have a few ions on my team and need to make sure they are capped, have had a quick look through the manual and was thinking of setting the rate of fire time delay to max, but think that will still be over 12bps.

Ideally do not want to play with the dwell but got have a feeling I may have to.

Any help would be appreciated,

you'll have to play with the ROFD. go on:http://www.warpig.com/paintball/technical/paintguns/smartparts/ion_calc/ and then see what rofd will get you at 12bps then set it to that sertian number.
in the manule it ll show how to do it

trouble is, I've got a firebolt and QEV in my ion atm - how do these affect the dwell and rof settings?

I'm hoping for some kinda spreadsheet that has rof/dwell for custom configurations of ion - dreaming I know
