So played with my mini today for the first time after stopping my air leak with a new v3 poppet, but I couldn't get the mini to chrono at around 280, it was just sitting anywhere between 230- 250
Any ideas? Help is very much appreciated
Thanks :)

Turn the screw/velocity adjuster all the way clockwise. Don't over tighten it as you might damage the poppet, do a board reset (simply disconnect the battery for 30 seconds) as you may have too high or low a dwell setting.

Then turn the adjuster anti-clockwise 1.5 turns from the "snug" point and chrono to see what you're getting. Your operating pressure in stock config will need to be 200psi on the gauge on the ASA.

You can increase through the velocity adjuster, but if it needs to come down I'd advise lowering your operating pressure by a few psi at a time instead. You'll need to fire clearing shots to show how much you're lowering by as you go, increases don't need the dry firing as the needle will move up. Take care you don't adjust the reg input too high (try and keep it below 200psi) as it can cause damage to the rest of the marker.

If you're leaking air through the velocity adjuster, either you've adjusted too far or you have a bad o-ring on the poppet or bolt guide rear quarter. Strip the mini down, clean off old lube, inspect the o-rings, re-lube and try the above.

Cheers MeDiC
If my memory serves me correctly, when I was having troubles with an air leak you helped me with you told me to increase the dwell, so I'm guessing its that
