is the on/off asa thing an attachment? like would i screw that into my asa then my bottle into that?

yea,the asa stays on the mini then u just screw the bottle in,twist the dial to gas up then twist it back to purge the air when you want to de-gas it then the bottle just screws straight back off without wrestling with it
