I'm a waist 32-34 depending on how much chinese food I've eaten. I fit ok in Tanked Large pants. I would suggest that XL is for anyone who has a waist bigger than 34.

thanks marcus. i take a 34 tops in normal trousers so i guess XL might be a bit toow ide around the waist.
