invert mini problems

hello,
recently purchased a second hand gen 2 mini and came across a couple of problems when trying to use it at re ball training on wednesday.
first of all when trying to adjust the velocity to below 220 i get an air leak.
second problem is that i am unable to unscrew the air bottle without shooting all the air out.

if anyone can help me with these issues it would be much appreciated.

Wheres the leak coming from when you reduce the fps?

Your Mini needs a pressure switch between the bottle & asa to reduce the pressure allowing you to unscrew the bottle. Empire do a lever version for the Axe which fits the Mini but it's not cheap. NDZ make a thread-saver which is less than half the price of the Empire but you need to order it from America.
What are your marker settings ie. operating pressure, dwell (in blinks or ms), back-cap?
How have you attempted to reduce the muzzle velocity?
