Invert mini not shooting

Hi just got my old mini out and it wont shoot for some reason. Purchased a new solenoid because that wasn't clicking with eyes off. Took it apart when my trigger touches directly on the board the solenoid works. Purchased a new trigger that didn't work. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

You may have lost the small magnet on the trigger which detects the trigger pull

You mean on the lower part of the trigger? The one you can see from the outside of the marker?

I just check it if you mean that with a small allen key it sticks to it fine if that is the one

I tried it with eyes off and it wont click the solenoid. Tried with gas and paint

Hmm... Sorry I can't help bud
Just knew that when I sold my mini the guy had same problem, but he had no paint in it, he didn't know about the eyes...

there is another trigger magnet. When you take the upper body off, you expose the top part of the trigger, and there is a magnet glued on there. I'll see if I can find a picture to help explain it better.

On your trigger there is an HES magnet screw that makes the connection between the trigger, solenoid, and eye sensor board. This set screw is VERY sensative and needs to be lined up just right. First, make sure its still there, they do tend to snap off it the screw it adjusted improperly. It will look like this when you remove the frame.

If the magnet on top of the set screw is missing, you need to replace the set screw. If it is still there, you need to adjust the trigger.

Move that set screw to its maximum and minimum positions, be careful not to thread it out so far that the magnet snaps off the top. Also make sure you put your finger or a squeegee down the breach to trip the eyes so you will hear the noise when the magnet is properly aligned. Make very small adjustments and shoot after each change to see if it works.


If this doesnt work make sure you have the magnet that is attached to the upper body of your marker.
