Invert mini dust black price help

Okay so my mates got an invert mini for sale with a dye ultra lite front and back with an upgraded board (the board from an axe).
So how much is it worth? All in with the barrel etcc

I've seen minis go for anything between £120-180.

As others have said before though, it really is a buyers market, so it's only worth what someone is prepared to pay....
