Hi. Guys and girls.
The fing is that I have invert mini which has little leek inside from bolt. I was trying to find out what the problem is and I saw that inside the bolt is a little scratch and on the bolt guide end is same size mark paint is gone . So I lub o-rings and try it . IIt's working but eat to much air 30 shots 500 psi . Left for 24 h and Leek was only about 100psi . Take bolt again and saw that mark is in another place but on bolt guide is still the same mark. So I think that problem is with the bolt guide. Maby someone had same problem what to do now buy bolt or bolt and bolt guide or maybe only o-rings?

Cheers for any advance

A scratch on the bolt guide under the bolt won't cause a leak. A scratch on the inside of the bolt will. The bolt slides along the o rings on the guide it never touches the surface of the guide itself. On the inside of the bolt if there's a scratch the o rings won't seal properly but I think it would only leak when firing.

What's more likely you got something wrong with your poppet. Screw velocity all the way in and see if you can still hear the leak. If you cant I'd check that first.

Good call. Normally the poppet comes unseated very occasionally, and to fix it, do as above and wind the back cap all the way in (dont force it), counting the turns, and then wind out the same number of turns. Then check it over a chrono before you shoot at anyone.

But in any case, you could change the bolt guide o-rings, it certainly wouldnt hurt.

The scratching on the bolt, is normally caused by a piece of grit/sand/astro turf/half a deer that gets caught up in there from playing. Take a good cleanish rag (not toilet roll) and give the insides a good clean out.

Agreed, it sounds like the poppet seal may need replacing or just lubing and re-seating on the poppet body. Probably better to replace, as it may sart to leak again after a short time and you'll be back to square one.

Scratches on the bolt guide may be caused by general use, the anno will wear down with use, the friction of the bolt can do it if you're lacking lube from time to time...

Minis are easily among the most under-rated markers going, but you can't really beat them for ease of maintenance.
