Ive been trawling the net for past few days and have found very mixed reviews about the invert mini.

some say they LOVE it some say they HATE it just wanted to see what you guys think?

because Ive also read the new version is actually alright?

main reason is im looking for a marker around that price range the 245-300 id love an eTek 3 and wanted to know if anyone has had experience with an invert mini or currently own one?

everyones advice welcome!!

thanks guys!!

Not sure on the mini but you can pick up an older ego or a geo in your price range, or etek as you said. Bright side of Eclipse is they're very reliable and very easy to maintain and well worth the money, and Eclipse service is great.

The latest mini is fine. But personally i'd pick an eclipse marker over it anyday. The best advice I could give is to give both of them a try and see which one feels better in your hands. Some people do prefer one from the other. :)

thanks for the advice, from what I gather Eclipse markers are much better for less experienced players and as Chazum says the mini is touch and go? either good or bad lol
ill definatley be looking at an eTek then ;)

Reason he says it's touch and go is because one of our team mates Inverts brakes and then works and so on. From everything I've heard and having my own Etek I would defiantly opt for one over a mini. I picked mine up with a Star Frame for only 155 quid so they're quite a good bargain too.

Eclipse markers are used by a lot of experienced players. Generally a chop between dye and eclipse for seasoned players, but when you have your budget, there is no reason not to choose an eclipse. An inexperienced player should not feel like he has to get a marker that was marketed at beginners if he can afford one originally aimed at a seasoned pro :)

Mini

Eclipse markers are great reliable guns and easy to maintain, i used an Etek 2 for about a year and was very impressed with it playing against people with much higher priced guns and no problems keeping up (some will disagree:D).
I only sold it recently to get the cash together for an Empire Axe:) but don't be put off of the Mini until you have trid one
My brother and most of my team have used the Mini for a long time and are all more than happy with the performance,it is also easy to maintain.
I think you have to try them both if you can and see what feels best for you as they are both lovely markers for the money especialy if you pick one up on here for between £150 and£200

The mini is fine. Sure people have some problems, but people who own other guns have problems from time to time. When getting one 2nd hand, you have to rely on the previous owner maintaining it properly. If they dont at least clean it, its gonna act like a pig, and maybe eventually, die. And so it then gets sold on. You can see the issue here.

Always always best to try a gun before you buy it.
