Hello,

Just signed up so thought I would make myself known, My name is Chris I am 19 and live in Eastham, Wirral (Just outside of Liverpool), Been paintballing regularly since I was about 12 but nothing compared to how much I am sure you all play,

Paintballing has always been a passion of mine and something I wished to take further so after a bit of research a search for "walk on days" brought me to this forum, I don't yet own any of my own equipment but I am sure with all your experience and knowledge Ill be able to get myself a decent rig to get started,

Good to be here,

Prostanc3.

Welcome to the forums, everyone is nice here... Like a big teddy bear!

When you feel confident of buying your own equipment, go to the 'For Sale' section on this forum, there are some quality deals to be had!

Thanks Guys,

Is there an FAQ section I haven't spotted that deals with all the more experienced paintball lingo ect? (Just so I can get to grips with some of the more advanced conversations going on about the forum)

Visit site
It is a term for "entrance fee"

so for example you may have

"£15 green fee if buying paint on site or £25 green fee if you BYO (bring you own) paint.

CML has answered the below questions for me,

When referring to playing a tourny or match what do the following mean?

'shooting your mirror'

'the tape'

'bump up'

'the line'

Also as far as the bouncy castle type arena's go am I right in assuming there is the standard layout for all of them?

Does a 5 man team consist of one left and right back 1 center back and 2 forward players? (If this is correct what are each individual players role?)

Thanks for all the help so far,

Prostanc3.
