As lump says, it depends on the model of gun and the board being used.

AFAIK many of the early boards can't be capped at newer limits. My own 2K5 Empire had a Frenzy 127.4 which could only be capped at old 15bps limit, so I swapped it for a virtue board. You can also get older boards re-flashed to comply with latest rules.

From memory, no facility to cap that at 10.5. Best bet is to contact rabies and have it flashed with his intimidator code- pm him on here. All three of my guns run rabid code, and can be capped down to 2 or 3 BPS if needed. There's a straight millenium mode, which is 2010 legal, and a user defined ramp which will allow you to keep up with any future rule changes.
My last one was about £25 for a reflash.
