Internet Fraud

ok guys im trying to help you all! i bought a Black shocker off 'DirtyPaintballer' gave him the money and nothing came through... im taking this through all the proper authorities, and first of all i wanna make sure he dont make any money off u guys!

He preforms internet fraud, i have lost money to him, he wont pick up him mobile and wont answer txts, he is a class A pr*ck.

i bought the black shocker... did anybody else by any chance buy it as well???

Just keep an eye out for him, i lost alot of money to him and im trying my best to get it back, but at the moment being out of pocket does not make me happy!

If he reads this, i just want you to no that some how ill get my money back, and ill be nocking on your door very soon!

Yep dudes as you can see from the forum tryed to let ya all know,hope it workes out ok for ya buddy,i was lucky and got my cash back,onely bcoz he had no other choice though.good luck!!!

what is the best way to go around getting the money back? i can find out where he lives i got the softwear to do it but id rather it dont come to that if u no what i mean.

Did you send cash? Paypal? Credit card?

If its cash, you havent got much of a chance, if its any of the other means, then get onto the creditcard/paypal people, and they will sort it out on your behalf.

i think it was done as a cash transaction

i think there is a way, when puting money into an account you get a recipt plus that account will be credited and that account will show when and where it was credited, so there is proof just a bit difficult

YEA i done it threw paypall but this dude was smart,i nearly left it by the date you can send a complaint to paypall wich means he would have got away with it,but luckily my good friend dskize got it all sorted for me as it was his paypall account i went threw. .Just look into it bud phone bankexc...exc.good luck

He's bound to be looking, so...you know...if he thinks the entire UK paintball community, some of which may be big, live near him and have a violent nature, are aware of his indescretion and where he lives, he may well paypal you the money back!

ok guys, gun just arrived today, after sending the money 14 days ago. He claims that he ahs emailed me and sayd that he messed up the address on the parcle, but anyhow i have recieved the gun and he even nocked off £20 so im happy. thanks guys!!

lets be fair though mate, i doubt it would have turned up if this thread or all the other complaints on his thread were there. Let this go out to every one, read the thread in classifieds and see all the allias' he is under and do not buy off him, this guy sounds like a grad A pr#ck. So stay away.
