Intergrated dovetails (e.g. starframe)

Can anyoe tell me how an intergrated rail on a frame (such as the star frame or fierce frame) holds the on/off in place.

Eclipse rails use to screws to slightly widen the rail holding it in place but as intergrated rails done have grub screws how do they work?

Also the new CP oops (that don't need a rail) how do they stay in place?

I heard once that you learn a new thing each day and as today is proving to be quite uneventful i though is should ask:)

Its probably the same as the ego, just you cant see the screws from this side as they are on the other!

AInt got a clue how the CP one works, wouldnt mind knowing aswell if anyone has one?

oh yeh and a lot of systems (dm6 for example ) have a grub screw that pushes a ball bearing downwards situated in the grip frame .

you will find that most of them use a grub screw from one side or the other to lock it down....take a look at the sl66 xsv ego and see if you can figure that one out ;) its a little different and makes the rail even smaller!
