Ok guys this question has probably been asked before but I'm gonna ask again.

I'm running a revi on intel and was wondering if its possible to wire it up to include the X-board coz I cant help but notice that its very slow as it is. What I'm thinking (and yes I've just got back from the pub) is....Is it possible to bypass the eye (ie: solder the 2 wires together) and then re-wire the cable to the + & - on the X-Board, there by making the impeler spin faster?

Or am I just talking S**T

If you bypass the eye, you will have to test it first as it may look for either an open or closed circuit...ie dissconnect the eye or loop it through.
after that, the board should just spin continuously. then you intelli via the batterey terminals...dont reverse the polarity otherwise the paddle will spin the wrong way!!!

Not sure if this helps but i have been told my intelly revvy has an xboard fitted to it

By soldering the intelli wires to the pins for the eye, you can get both to work at the same time. Both the eye and the intelli will turn the board on.
Sorry, I don't recall which ones need to be hooked up.

Speak to Stig of Illusion and Angel Eye installing fame, back when we were in Maxem together he was running the intelli/eye combination, but then he is a bit of a solder monkey
