If it's the selling and wanted page you need a post count of 20 before you can post there. :]

Indeed it is! You can find your post count under your name, its message count, on every post you make/have made and on your profile I believe. I wouldn't suggest pointless posting and or spam posting though. (Guess that's common sense though.)Also welcome fellow new member! 
Be wary about what you post, the mods may delete spam/pointless posts or reset the count
