Installing Myth G2 reg??

Hi guys,

Sorry, noob here!!

Bought an Evil carbon tank and a Myth G2 reg.

Have hunted about and have seen some people saying just screw it in and snug it up, others saying use blue loctite, snug up and leave a couple days, not sure!

Is there a definitive guide anywhere or can I get it done somewhere?? HPA Makes me nervous! lol

The pressure in the bottle will hold the reg in tight so shouldn't need loctite. But I'd recommend going to a paintball supplier ie Lips, BZ or HPA company like H-PAC and get them to swap them for you.

I meant the reg isn't in the bottle yet, just wanting to find out if there are any particular steps for instal, will have a hunt, see where is closest

Screwing it in by hand until well snug is absolutely fine.

In that case vent the bottle, remove the two burst disks, place the reg in a vice (leaving the fill nipple and gauge on should stop it turning in the vice), use one of those rubber strap wrenches on the bottle.

I replaced my own Reg from a Chinese Knock off rubbish one to a Myth G2 hand tight and a touch more and filled it a month ago first time worked/works perfectly no faults, so just do this and it'll be okay.
If you're really unsure or worried as above take it to LIPS or H-PAC etc.
but from my own experience (And trust me, first fill i was pooping myself) it's all been fine!
