Hi all, a friend of mine has a inspire havoc that has suddenly stopped working. The bolt does not completley recock and has to be pulled the last little bit after every shot.has it apart and have it all a good clean but still nothing. Any ideas?

Googling, it seems to be a basic blowback style marker. Most likely cause is the hammer o-ring being worn (even a small nick in it can cause issues). Replace and lube it and it should be fine again.
Note - when you reinsert the hammer, it can catch on the trigger sear, damaging the o-ring. I find removing the trigger frame is the safest way to prevent this.

Okay thank you. Did look at the O ring and it seemed fine but I will get him to replace it anyway to eliminate that option. Not a lot on the net about the havoc but then it is a pretty unpopular marker.
