inserts ? what ? for zap paint ?

hi there, what is the best insert to use on a freak system (mounted on a cocker) iam using zap paint, iam currently using the 695, although not breaking paint, just wondering what the best insert to get would be as i only have the one insert

Mate, we used ZAP for the last few years, varies in bore, have used blue, green, gold and pink inserts.

Using Celtic this season.

ah iam using yellow mate, we alsways seem to use yellow i know it says what the calibre is on the box, but my insert still seems too big ?

get a ball, and blow it through the insert, make sure it doesnt roll out, as long as its snug init and it blows out easy, that should be de one.

I used to use green .691, sometimes, .693 (gold). Have even used blue .689 on occasions.

Having shot pink Chronic at the other weekend (the latest one with the C sign on the ball) i used the blue insert .689 it will just depend on which ball you are using also used Primer from Zap aswell and that took the blue insert .689 aswell

I would say to be on the safe side i would try and get 3 inserts .689 blue, .691 green and .693 gold these should cover most balls i think and also allow for the ball swelling if and when we get some warmer weather
