info on extra prizes

hi all
as i was lead to believe there were some free entry prizes to the cpps, nspl and millenium for next season, i was also lead to believe that some of these prizes were to be decided by votes cast from the teams, yet i heard nothing, if thats is correct can some one let us know please so we can vote
