Info about Mini

What is everyones view on the new Invert Mini ? I am looking into buying a new marker but I really dont want to spend over £550 for one, only because I am new into the sport and just want something good to use (for now), so I can save up for a better marker again.

Their brand new so if anything goes wrong bits may be hard to get hold of. Having said that they are meant to be good. To be honest though just buy second hand from trusted sellers. Much cheaper for the money and usually there are easily available parts if anything does go wrong.

im sure there are some minis on here for sale. ive sold and bought markers on here and the people i deal with are sound as a pound. just make sure they are genuine and u will have no problems. egos are very good and for £550 u can buy a beast on here.

But minis are only like £335 new?

Have a look at the proto PMR markers. They are £250, for that price nothing can beat it. They are light weight, easy to use, they are also made by proto/dye so they have great arfter sales service.

The mini might be good, but the pmr is cheaper and will do the same job. Some even find the mini "just too small"

At a later stage you can upgrade some parts on the PMR. E.g. the trigger, back cap etc.


If oyu dont want to spend alot of ££ thats what i would go for. Then use the rest of your cash on training paint...

I was a little unsure myself about the mini until mine arrived this morning and i have gotta say i am very impressed.

i think the size will take some getting used to but despite the lack of bulk it incredibly well balanced, as strange as this sounds too i do notice there is no visible air fittings - i think these are things that will go after ive shot the marker in anger. also i dont think its a .45 frame but never the less is reasonably confortable.

Upset the neighbours out back, no kick, didnt seem particularly rough on paint(didnt break a ball going through 3 hoppers), pretty quick and again tiny!!

On the grounds ive only briefly used it, i recommend it

PM6/pm5/pmr you can get any of those for alot under £550, great markers too.

Ego 05/06 Very good quality and will perform flawlessly, bit more expensive tho.

If you're going cheap look inot a very upped ion, good starter markers and cheap too.

yeh def get a second hand ego 05, i picked one up last year for 300 and the only thing that would make me get rid of it is an ego7
iv seen some up for less than 250 on here
