Its not an issue with the winter or summer seals as you would find the gun leaking in cold weather if you had the summer seals in.
Its either the valve assembly or possibly a mucky or corroded hammer? The wrong o ring on the hammer would also cause the same sort of problem. Plenty of people have put a bottle o ring on the hammer which is a fraction too small.

If you really get stuck then call Powerball on 01252 408550.

edit, oops, supposed to be a reply to the Inferno question.

Yes if you use a bottle o'ring then you will have re-cocking problems because the smaller o'ring wont form a good enough seal for the 'blowback' effect to work.

If you don't have a spare hammer o'ring use the one off the barrel as it's the same o'ring.

Even with the bottle o'ring tho you will still get one normal strong 'first' shot, it will just display re-cocking problems after this. See the main thread for other suggestions.

Hmmm...it's pretty difficult to get our co2 bottle o'rings on a barrel (i just tried, lol).

I use size 016 on both hammer and barrel and 015 on co2 bottles. What sizes are you using then? I think PB have supplied us with the same size o'ring for both hammer and barrel in the past..

Oh well to make absolutely sure, AUPaintSoc should swap the hammer o'ring for one off another hammer then ;)
