i recently went to a recball game with a friend, and he got hit in the wrist from about 8 foot away, by an inferno field mk II; the shot broke the bone, has this been known to happen before, firing at 285?

Either your mate has brittle bone syndrome or the marker was hot hot hot:eek: and he was shooting marbles:cool:

in short NONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONO

Paintballs should not break any human bone if used correctly.

edit: although I heard a rumour that a 'special' brand of paint cause you some pain as its a tad hard!

yea indeed if it was doing 285 as you say then it wouldnt break bones so my guess is your mate has weak bones or something

no way should that break a bone shooting at 285, i have been mugged many times with the barrel pretty much touching where i got hit and it only left a small cut.
