I believe it closed down afew months ago in January, it was rumoured to either be getting refurbished or closed for good but been closed for a while. Probably set on fire by local rats

It'll be the landlord/property owner methinks. Paintball will have destroyed the inside of his building and made it unlettable.. Happens more often than you think.

Possibly, only going by local reports of idiots hanging around and trying to break in, then just before the fire 2 black clad youths entering the property. Probably deliberate somewhere.
