Did anybody else come back a funny shade of pink from Sweden?

I don't think it was anything to do with the Blazing sunshine, and I don't think I'm a filthy B****rd, but 3 days later and I'm still pink in spots.

Maybe I picked up something out there, what do you think?

We played Cyclone and the paint that they were shooting stained skin.....some of our guys struggled to get it off their hands even though they were shot through gloves. I think that the paint was pink Zap.

Sam:rolleyes:

Players, talk to your supliers, cause we don't want staining paint at Campaign Cup.
If Crystal Palace gets stained pink, we'll be back to the field behind Campaign next season.

So pink stains, again! Lets face it, nobody is going to admit that there paint stains, so maybe its down to the players to boycott pink paint. Admittedly we'll need to tell the suppliers well before the tourneys so they can get something else. Perhaps this may get the attention of those that matter.

This of course is completly dependent on the sponsored teams playing the game too!

Well, no, can't really see anything happening about staining paint
unless we get banned from somewhere really high profile and important, unfortunately.:(

Which takes us back to Red_Merkins point.

In that case maybe it is up to the organisers of the MS to take a case of each companies individual paint brands (and all paint brands used at the events, and test them on a variety of surfaces for staining. Including skin, clothes (different materials too) concrete, stone, running track etc.... Then the organisers can ban whatever paint stains and then keep the events and players stain free? why should it be left tp the players? 9 out of 10 players would still play with staining paint if it was the cheapest on the market wouldnt they?

Cheapest

Yup, totally, if paint is cheap or free people will shoot the most amazing old crap on the planet. I haven't seen it so much this year but last year the number of teams I saw shooting utter trash, even at Campaign was unreal.

I appreciate that many people arn't sponsored, or looked after on the back of a large trade account ( Big shout to National Paintball Parks, and Adrian from Draxxus!! :) ) but surely it must be getting to ther point where everyone must take note.

And as much as I appreciate the thought of the MS taking paint for test, bear in mind that they are bound to look after paint suppliers that sponsor they're events. Its good business sense, and for the tourneys to be run they must make money. So I really can't see a way forward.

And even better business sense to ban the paint that may threaten whether or not certain venues will be available next year to hold the events at.......
