i frame
was board
tape worm (essential)
new trigger
new reg
feedneck (ccm are good)
grips look good
of course you could get it milled or annoed (sloth for annoing)
a bolt, there are quite a few half decent ones, but ive heard bad things about the evil one.
you could even get new backplates and boltpin
zds do a pretty good lineup of balancing the internals
and of course an new barrel.
