Delrin bolt & new hammer to go with it. I'm surprised you're asking Si - thought you knew this stuff!
Hate to admit it but I know 0 about Impulses..
Cocker, Angels, Mags, matrix, just about anything else I can cope with.. but Impulses... I've never even shot one

depends on the style impy you got...
if it is newer then there will be a hole on one side of the gun next to the detent that goes all the way into the breach...if this is so then all you neeed is to purchase a cricket board from SP or someone else on the classifieds (no i don't have one at the mo) then whack it in drill a small hole in the back of the tray if there isn't one already for the button and you'll be chirping! If there isn't a hole I'm sure SP will happily mill it for you (palm crossed with silver pending!) i would reccommend vision before an i-frame becasue you cannot achieve the rof without the speed vision allows you (unless you have a halob then you might want to take the risk but i chop lots when vision is off) getting a delrin bolt and SS hammer is also a good idea... the D.A.R.T valve also increases efficiency... that's all really except for an LPR which is really the last thing on the list of to do's (i forgot an airsytem for it would be good although they run well on co2 they do tend to be more problematic) finally...get yourself logged onto: www.impulseownersgroup.com loads of info available if you can sift through all the american spam good FAQ's etc...

You could always give the guys at Smart Parts a call as well, they should be able to tell you just about every upgrade available & actually aren't too bad about advising which are worth it, rather than just trying to flog you every shiney thing they produce. 01322 555968
first thing should be a nicer trigger, get a magno blade from eclipse or an i-frame from HSW.
the second thing should be a delrin bolt, i reccomend a DART bolt from eclipse, hugely reduces ball breaks. get a stainless steel hammer to keep the firing mass right though.
the third is probably an LPC. the Vodoo ones are nice, or get a new valve. again i reccomend the eclipse one!!

Ta for the advice chaps.. I've ordered myself an Egg2 so hopefully don't need the expence of the Eye install.
