Anyone help can`t make up my mind between a eclipse v-eye impulse or a stock Angel. Pro`s and cons anyone.

personally, i would go with the vision impulse!
but it is down to personal preference! fire them and if possible play with them first just see which one works better for you!
are you talking an ir3 or just the lcd, because the lcd can (i say can) chop whereas the vision wont! (if you have the eye on)

Angel LED, LCD, or IR3 will outperform most any impulse, excluding Freak Factory and TC Impulses.

TRY EM BOTH OUT.....CUZ IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE GUN, YOU WON'T PLAY VERY WELL WITH IT... IF YOU ARE GETTIN A STOCK ANGEL( LCD ) THEN YOU ARE MOST LIKELY GONNA CHOP A FEW BALLS, IF YOU ARE GETTING AN IR3, THEN YOU MAY NOT CHOP AS MANY IF ANY (DUE TO THE FACT OF THE "BALL SENSOR")!!! SO, IT'S KINDA PERSONAL PREFERENCE HERE..... THE IMPULSES ARE VERY GOOD,(THE EYE HELPS A LOT)... BOTH OF THESE GUNS ARE GOOD SO YOU KINDA HAVE TO DECIDE....HOPE THIS HELPS IN A WAY...
P.S. -- I'M KINDA TIRED, SO IF THIS IS CONFUSING....OH WELL

If you want to know I shoot an Eclipse impy with Vision and have not chopped any balls
(mind you I only set the eye up a couple of weeks ago and had the thing for months) I can say that it ain't as fast as an Angel but accuracy is good and with a Freak barrel bursts are rare as Rocking horse doo doo ( the freak is std on Eclipse markers) hey Dan how bout a discount at planet for saying how good the stuff is? CU L8r dude

Impulse beeing slower than an angel? Don´t think so... I recently attended a tournament in Sweden where there was this guy, Nick (used to play for Ugly Ducklings and All Americans) and his ROF with the Impulse was just totaly insane - none of the 100 angel players were even close. I talked to him, and he showed me the trick - which of course will take years of practice for me to come even close.
My points are:
1. The vision-eye enables you to shoot faster, because you don´t have to fear ball breaks by the bolt.
2. The ROF you can achieve is all in your technique.
So the IR3 will probably rock in that area aswell.

Wanna share the technique dude? could come in usefull for beating up on Angels I can get a steady 8 or 9 don't need more than that but any advantage would be handy L8rz

yeah, it looked like he got the shakes in his entire arm :/ He said, just relax, don´t pull with the fingers, keep your fingers steady and move your entire arm instead to get that special bounce in the grip frame. I have yet to emulate that movement....but it was FAST! I´ll post something if I manage to copy it!
