Can't be much wrong with the Impulse seeing as Strange have been kicking a$$ all year with them!
Unless you like carrying about 5 barrels around with you, you should really be using a Freak. Next thing to do is get hold of Smart Parts & ask them about all the tasty Voodoo goodies you can get - IMHO the Delrin bolt is a must & I think it's recommended that you change the hammer at the same time (something to do with weight, but I'm not techy enough to remember right now).
I'm sure someone else will post on here & suggest loads more bits & pieces as aftermarket add-ons for Impys seems to be a hobby with some of the guys!

Don't go out and buy a delrin bolt and a new hammer to sort out the weight issue. Buy a delrin bolt first and try it in your IMP.
My mate bought one for his imp and could not get the marker to run over 240fps obviously to do with the weight reduction. However I installed the same delrin into my imp and it ran superbly about 280fps (and it would go higher without a problem)
well worth the cash for a delrin though better noise reduction almost no kick when firing.
definately look at the voodoo upgrades, they are pretty cool even if they don't seem to make much difference to your marker.

i got the brass spart parts copetition hammer with my voodoo bolt an it improves performance a sh1t load. Also the slikshot ram shaft is very good but it i made by new Designz - based in america and you'd need to import it (i did- its well worth the import cash). Because of thes my impy runs at 300fps on just 200psi.

Tape worm or Full flow vertical for greater consistancy
New cricket board
Spear head cap
Various types of high or low rise feed tubes. (Twister, or voodoo)
Full freak set (as stated above!!)
Delrin bolt and new brass/ titanium hammer set.
Any of those parts above will make you imp go better. If i had to pick one then the Full flow vertical probably made the biggest difference to me. (Admittedly not been able to afford a criket or i frame yet but have played with an imp with them installed!)

From what I've read, heard and researched only get the HSI-Frame if your Impy is a Vision... apparently it's has the potential to go so damn fast you'll be spitting dulux without it!

I like the ipb angel frame because you cna toss all of the custom triggers on it and because its from an angel of course its fast
There are soo many upgrades for the impy the best place to go is to www.impulseownersonline.com
just do a bit of research and ask some questions before going out and spending a load of cash becuase some of the upgrades can cancell each other out.
