I don't know if they are the best or not cos I havn't tried all markers out however from experiance with mine I have never chopped and only had one break (and that was down to crap paint) thay are not as accurate as the cocker but no less accurate than any other marker for an open bolt design. But my advice is as has been said sooooo many times try before you buy ( if you were on this side of the pond you could try mine the Eclipse impulse Vision) personnaly I like it shoots as fast as an Angel the trigger is adjustable to a realy short pull ( less than a millimeter) very little (if any ) drop off when rapid firing. All in all a good marker but not everyones cup of cofee:cool:

They aren't the most accurate but they are pretty fast, they are pretty close to a bushy or a defiant. If you get one make sure you get it with Vision otherwise it isn't worth it. But as far as electros go they are reliable, get decent shots per fill, and are fast. I am thinking of getting one as a back up gun.

Not sure if I can agree with "close to a Bushy or Defiant" - you don't see many tournament teams in the UK using those but the Impulse IS a serious tournament marker. Go try one some time.

Further to the accuracy comments, have a look at some of the other threads on this subject. Accuracy is much more dependant on the barrel.

I dont agree with you warpd. I have been running a standard impulse for over a year now. I never chop paint, its as accurate as hell (with the help of the FREAK), and it never goes wrong. If you havent got enough for the vision, you can do alot lot worse than getting the standard impulse....

I have a standard Impulse and I use a "Big Daddy" barrel and is fairly accurate and the marker is smooth and sweet and fast, In the future I would make it a Vision but you don't NEED it to be.

A great marker at a great price
