whats the diffrence if any between the impulse and the impulse vision? and is the extra money worth it?

Erm...well...the Vision Imp (indentifiable by its trademark Pink logo) has an antichop eye...this means that theoreticly, you wont chop paint by outshooting your loader....

Like Skeet said, the difference is that the Vision has "eyes" that prevent chopping balls. I would definately get a vision over a stock but if you can't afford a vision, you can buy a vision board and on the newer impies(not sure from what production number), can be milled to take the eyes. Other than that, they are the same.
if you buy none vision make sure it has the milling on the right side (near the adb) to take an eye otherwise you will have a bugger of a time getting somone to fit the eye for you.
