My pressure is set at 175psi. so dwell you say? at last training it was crono'd at 250ish which was pretty poor.

Set your Max-Flo output pressure between 180 and 200-psi

Set your dwell to 15 chirps and fire one shot over the chronograph. Now increase the dwell and fire a second shot. If the velocity increased, increase the dwell again and fire another shot. Keep doing this until the velocity levels off. Then drop the dwell setting down two to four chirps .This will be your dwell setting at whatever operating pressure you had the marker set to. Now decrease your operating pressure and use it to control your velocity.

Hope that helps

wen u say use max flo to change velocity. if u turn the cap thingy wont the pressure go down? and hence wont run properly?

If you adjust it to the velocity needed than it will be fine ;)

The first part off seting the pressure is to get the best dwell setting then you just work from that using the max-flo to adjust the velocity etc.....
