No chance.

For a start, it's a double-start thread - there are actually two threads, 180deg apart. The only way to cut a thread like this is on a lathe.

As for the other threads... the frame-body screws are #10-32, 1 inch long (I'm going from memory here, so I could be wrong on the length) Grip screws are #6-32, as they are on most paintball grips. Trouble is, these are American threads which are incredibly difficult to find in the UK/Europe.

Very soon I will be making all the common sizes of screws available in small quantities (nobody wants to buy a bag of 200 screws when all they need is 2) including replacements for parts which aren't included in manufacturers' spares kits, and cosmetic replacements for some markers (I already have black screw kits for the Ego, which replace the external silver screws; similar kits for the Ion are coming soon.)

PM me for details.

You can get unf and unc dies from a variety of sources in the uk, but this barrel thread will be special. So no chance i'm afraid.

It's a lathe, or buy a barrel.

Just wanted to play at making a barrel.

Seems like it will be a waste of my time and money, when i can go out and buy one cheaper thats had all the research and development already done.

Might try Auto shops (boy racer shops) for anodised bolts n screws. they have many pretty colours :D
