impulse solenoid?

how fiddly are these to strip and rebuild? don't want to try it and have a couple of bits left over!!!!

they're really easy to do. theres only one moving part inside the solenoid (theres a spring too but that doesn't count). theres a guide at www.smartparts.com. just hit the support section and there it is. with diagrams and everything.
