OK i have had my impy for some time, but after having to change the velocity and settings for various thing it does not seem to sound as good as it used to and is less efficient..

The question is to any one with a impy and lpr. what input pressure are you running?
What is the lpr set at?
and if you know how many bleeps is the dwell set at.

ps i dont want any links to the impulse owners guide.

I think the input is around 160-180psi or 200 for better efficiancy(although you will need to alter the dwell to get your velocity back to normal). For the LPR wind it out and start pulling the trigger, wait until it is firing properly then give it another halfturn and that will be ok.

For the dwell alter it until you are back into the FPS range that you need.

Philips tech help for the month :)

I was running mine at 180psi input,100psi lpr & dwell at around 12bleeps from bottom, could increase input to 200 & lower the dwell but found it to be less consitant over the chono,
marker was a strange vision with jackhammerII lpr, strange bolt&pin, ndz silk shot ram, brass hammer, not sure as to the valve bloody big delrin thing:D input was from a 4500 lp maxy (on bottle not vert)

m8 1st things first! take the dwell all the way down!then screw in ya tank gas it up!
turn ya max flo up so the input is 180psi! then adjust the well upwards until it sounds kinda right!then take it to the chrono and play with the dwell and u can get it runnin at 299fps or what ever you want it!so dont have ya dwell set permantly take it down after the days play and reset it the next time u play!
best way to do it!
