right mates got a impulse and if im honest dont know a great deal about them, so asking a few questions on his behalf and for my own knowledge.

firstly.
hes got a blue flashing light board that makes a "cricket" sound when switched on and off. im taking this is the "cricket" board?
how do i tell what year it is?

secondly.
its fhas the horizontal max flo that sits under the grip frame. hes looking at sticking a asa in its place but from what i can tell he cant due to the lack of a regulator of any form. from taking a quick look the foregrip doesnt appear to regulate the pressure just something to hold onto and the air to pass through it. can this be taken off and replaced with a aftermarket regulator?? or can the pressure be regulated in any other way?

thirdly.
when attatching the air bottle to the max flo the air just escapes from the threads(where the bottle screws in) the max flo adjuster thingy has to be in a certain location for the air to not leak from out of the max flo. from here the max flo then has to be asjusted for the required input pressure. is this normal? and how can i tell if the max flo adjuster thingy is in the correct location?

ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED. I MAKE NO EXCUSES FOR THE EXTREMELY TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION.

thankyou

1. They did 3 types of cricket boards, Non vision, Vision and SF, The SF is pretty rare so i doubt its that, so depends if it has vision or not.

2. you can mount the reg up by using a mount from Planet, but it looks odd (but works) otherwise if your going to put something like a CP on get onto SP for a asa mount

If I remeber right if your just going to be having an ASA under the grip, you will need to get a vertical max-flo (front grip).

There should be a guage on the horizontal max flo you have. This should be set at around 170psi (correct me if im wrong) and should not leak.
Depending on where the leak comes from there is a trick where you put an oring in before you screw the bottle in, may be as simple as that for a workaround.

Go with what scars said.

Except get yourself a Ndz 15 Degrees Front Reg Mount. They are badboy. You will have to put a front reg on it if you want to go for an preset/asa.

And it appears the max-flo is leaking. Replace the O-Rings, and if your really stuck ask SP for a max-flo guide and make sure your not missing any of the rings.
