i recently purchased an impulse and when i screw in my nitro it is leaking like crazy. also it ripped my o-ring right off. i got a new o-ring and the same thing happened.

is your output pressure set too high for the maxflow? where is it leaking from (the top of the bottle, where on maxflow?) to find out use some water (a little dont over do it) and find where your leak s from then post back here as people will know exactly where ur problem is and narrow it down to a few things.

If you have a low pressure max flow and its goes above 220psi then it will start to leak to allow the excess pressure off, or you would damage/destroy your stedriods in your impulse.
I had the same prob when I first gassed up my max and I just screwed the cap so that the pressure when down and it solved the problem since my impulse is running way below the top pressure of 220psi.

Also about the o-ring....
This has never happened to me with my max flow but make sure you don't have any sharp edges on your bottle or max which could cause you to rip your o-ring....
Also never half screw a tank in and then screw it back out as this will rip the o-ring in half (This is the case with co2 bottles)

is the max flow vertical or horizontal...if its' horizontal, the "double o-ring" trick should fix the problem
Dude i had this problem on my mag!
The way i sorted it was to screw the bottle in, then gas it up.
wat is the double o-ring trick is that when u put on two o-rings and it is horizontal
also i dont have an on-off valve

is it a brand new Impulse?
and is the max flow the standard one which came with the gun!
if this is the case, that is only a CO2 reg and running air wont do it any good
