Right, being an idiot, I took my adjustable wrench to my Max-Flo vertical reg on my Impulse, because it was loose from the body of the gun, it wiggled a bit just where the bit with the burst disk and gauge is what i mean, joined the body. I tried to tighten the locking nut just below the gague, and I appear to have sheared a screw on this piece that attaches to the gun completely in half.
I called the Smart Parts techie people, they told me that I can do without the screw, and I can attach the part that connects to the body back on by removing the reg, via undoing the locking nut under the gauge, and then screwing the screw inside there into the body. However, because I put all my force possible into doing up this locking nut, I cant get it undone, and I cant put the same force on it, because the entire unit is now not attached to anything, so i have to hold one part of it in my hand to keep it still, while i try and undo the nut with my adjustable wrench. This hurts lots and does not work.
I can't really get near a vice any time soon, and I'd like to try and fix my marker as I'm playing sunday with it.
Any suggestions on how to loosen this nut please?
