The Impy is having really bad velocity problems, the balls were literally rolling out of the end, thats sort of been resolved by opening the dwell up further than it really should. Now it's working at around 270 fps but i'm only getting 200-250
shots out of a full 20oz CO2 tank it's got a new ADB and all the O-Rings have been replaced , and the marker has been given a good greasing. Any ideas?

Remember to try a fresh BATTERY - if the battery isn't brand new you might get this weird result... Happened to me :D

Probably not, unless it's a really loose fit delrin bolt and the dwell is set to about 2 weeks ;) Just grasping at straws, really. But battery seems the most likely.

OK. peeps I've just found out that the input pressure is 160 psi. I've told the guy to crank it up to at least 175 -180 psi. 160psi seems a bit low and he says that it just about re cocks at 145psi. The bolt is astock one and it has the air transfer port facing down.

Has he tried it over the chrono at 175?
If his dwell is slightly out, and he was shooting at 160 - this is why his impy is eating gas.
He really needs to try playing with the dwell with the pressure at 175, has he also put a new battery in?
