impulse leakage!!!

right guys... used my gun 3 weeks ago- fine however, used (or tried to use) it yesterday and im gettin serious leaks from around the board housing, mainly the left side...

had a suggesgion that it might b the soleniod and others the orings (cheers for the help guys).

do planet still do orings?! i cant find them! cud someone post a link please? thanks

hey dude, if your still intersted in comin to a practice i think we are havin one on sat or sun of this week, n ive got an old impy which is lyin around so i u could rip that apart for spares if needed.

yeah, sounds like ur solenoid. take the grip frame off (keep solebnoid connected to board. then gas up ur marker and press the white button(manual fire) then you can see where the leaks coming from.probably and oring in ur solenoid.

also... if anyone needs new orings, the kit from smartparts works out at about £16 with the postage so i'd just take the part(in my case the valve)that needs an oring to the plumbers and buy the orings off them for 10p a time..... a saving of, ooh £15.90 works for me! cheers
