im poretty new to paintballing but im getting a nice setup an impulse, but i was wondering whats the best barrels, trigger frames, barrels and the likes for the impulse , and also do dye sticky grips fit the impy???

Why get Dye grips when Smart Parts do their own rather nice sticky Flexi Grips in lots of pretty colours. http://www.smartpartseurope.co.uk/acatalog/store.html. Fit just about every 45 grip tourney marker out there.
Have a general browse round the catalogue while you're there & you should get some nice ideas to make your Impy even shinier & more desirable. The number one performance upgrade I would suggest is a Delrin bolt if it hasn't already got one plus a heavier hammer to go with it (speak to the boys at Smarts for recommendations here). The I-frame is well worth it if you can afford it.

yeah smart parts is where im getting my impulse from so do you know anywhere that explains all the different parts of the marker i mean i know what the hammer and bolt is but i wouldnt know how to fit them etc plus im just interested in learning how to maintain my gun, so have u got any URL's?
Dude, get DYE grips, they are the leading grip around, they are certainly worth every penny, an have a look at some Voodoo stuff, like bolts and add ons, they are really could stuff that improves the marker terrifically!!! I-Frame also, if money is available, and Freak definatly, but watch out for the aggressor front mount, they're wey sharp, and tourny owners hate it when the barricade disappears an that's sticking out of it!
