Can i use an armageddon on my impulse?

The impulse is bloody low pressure 140-180.

Could i turn my armageddon down that much, or do impulse's have to use specific air systems?

I use an Eclipse Impulse with an Armaggedon and have had no problems my suggestion would be to get the airsmith at the store you are planning on getting the gear from to fit it and check its ok.
The problem with the impulse is too much pressure through the solenoid (bad juju ) has the impy got a front reg? if not they are a good safety for the sol

At the moment it has a shocker max-flow 3000psi on it.
I have an armageddon 4500psi on my mag, which i want to change over.

You'll need to mount the max flo vertically on the front. If you set the Armegeddon at about 400psi and run it into the max flo you can then use the max flo to dial down to your desired pressure.

If you put over 200psi into the Imp it'll got bang and cost you money to get fixed.

burb m8, just turn it down, then turn it up over the chrono till you get a decent readout, on the reg gauge you should be aiming for about 175-200psi.

Paintballing is starting to do my head in!!!
Everything i buy, there is ALWAYS something which needs buying, fixing, modifiying etc.........

performance wise their is little difference really apart from needing to change ur operating pressure to keep velocity up... the main advantage is that it doesn't need greasing which can add to accuracy as there is no chance of grease getting on the balls.
