Well I've had both an Eclipse Impy & a fully tooled up Matrix and personally I prefer the matrix, but, they are very different to play with so I would sugest finding some friendly ballers and trying them out for yourself. If you can get to play a proper game or two with each rather than just firing at the chrono that would be best.

Not on the list but how about an AKA Viking?

Get a matrix an impulse and a viking together put a 0.8L bottle on them and see which one gives you over 1100 +/- 3 fps shots.
(I'll give you a clue it aint the first 2!!!!)
