Don't know if this applies to every site but the two I have worked at both took on people with no paintball experience since being a reball marshall in my experience isn't incredibly difficult.

So the fact you have experience and have paintballed competitively is something they might like since it requires less training on their behalf.

Plus I used to get cheaper paint, so there might be benefits for you, and it's fun.

I also don't think your age would be a major issue as my brother worked at a site when he was 16. Best thing to do is go to your local site, and speak to the manager.

Yeah we do ask for experience befoer any marshall were to start but also some sites actually ask you to be 18 aswell because if insurance purpose. But to be fair its a good way to start out and also you will learn more by working and marshalling.

Good luck with the reults matey !

Iv been marshalling since I was 13. Im 16 now, and still doing it every week.

Just go to your local site, become a regular face, and try and get to know the staff. Help out whenever you can, to make a good impression, then ask if they have a vacancy, or if theres just a few odd shifts that you can do?
