I'd like your opinions please....

Hey Folks

In my quest to become a better filmmaker, I've been messing around with a bit of Adobe After Effects, and eventually got what I'd consider a fairly stylilzed look - so, I'd like your opinions on its use. This is a fairly extreme version of what it can be, but it demonstrates the point.

I suppose it's good in the sense that i'm seeing the colours stand out a bit more, but in all honesty I can't really tell if this would make a huge difference in a video? suppose it depends on the particular shot that it's being used in.

It would be good for focused shots, but the darker tones seem to blend together, so maybe not quite as good an effect for the wider angles. Best bet is to just play about with each individual shot you are using, there will never be one perfect preset for every situation
