ICD Promaster - bolt won't cock

thats the thing you adjust with a coin right, and unscrew it? I did try that and nothing seemed to change.
the thing is im used to cocking the bolt back as you did with cockers, are you sure it's right that it doesn't have to cock, it just feels weird.

I'm no expert, but the bolt does cock, ala egos and such.
Seen a few with similar problems though and all where fixed be fiddling with the lpr, try turning it the other way(I don't know which way is up and which is down, lol)

i know about promasters m8 i have one 
to gas up a promaster you need to turn both regs off, stock regs that means both right out but not falling out, screw the gas in and gas up.
turn the HPR the vertical alen key one in while shooting till the gauge reads about 250, important to do while shooting if you go to high otherwise itll stay at the highest preassure and not come back down
then turn the LPR coin one on the front in till you hear the gun leak air.
this isnt broken as it vents gas when the preassure is too much..
when you hear it starting to leak turn it back half a turn and you should be shooting around 280 fps ^^

i have had icd guns since, well forever.
It does sound like there is a problem with the valve.
what is happening, is the air behind the valve is leaking out, and thus not building up pressure in the lpr(fed from the front of this chamber) to move the bolt back.
can you move the bolt back manually, and tell us if the leak stops please when you gas up.
