As most of you know, I along with my business partners are going to be putting on a major tournement in the Tampa area next year (check out www.iapte.com for details) and amongst other things, we're debating about sandbagging. Some of the guys say go on the honor system, while others are saying that something needs to be in place, because it's expected these days.
So anyways, we're kicking around the idea of using Chris Raehl's APPA system (www.paintball-players.org) or perhaps the NPPL's system if we become NPPL certified. This year's Bunkerfest used the APPA system, and Mondo was pretty happy with it...in addition to the semi-effective anti-sandbagging features, it does other things that makes the promoter's life easier.
So, what do you guys think? Should we rely on the honor system, or institute some sort of program?
