the noid isnt allowing air to flow through it and the 2 small screw heads have been threaded so i couldnt take the noid apart to get fixed locally.

what im asking is for a price (estimate) on getting this repaired.

If you gotta get a new 'noid, they go for about 80 quid for 05/06 (£85 for 07/08) on the planet site. So you might as well try to get those screws out and clean that sucker out. Before you do that though, email Mr T at nick.t@planeteclipse.com and he may take pity on the fool, or at least offer some smarter advice than "clean that sucker out".

cheers for the advice dev but i havent the foggiest with markers. i sat on my arse watching someone strip my ego down. i wouldnt have a clue where to start myself. one of the eye wires has also been pinched and looks worse for wear.

so you cant be 100% sure its the noid.

best bet is to send it into planet and let them have a look at it for you.

very true andy. its gonna cost me to send it to planet then its gonna cost me for them to look at it and then its gonna cost me to replace the part and get it shipped back to me? it needs fixing to carry on playing but some kinda price run down would be nice.

I would say you are looking at around £7 to send it, around £7 to have it sent back and depending what Ego it is, prices as Dev said above.
Dont think solanoid and eye wires are covered by any warranty.
